We would like to reduce as much ambiguity for you as possible. Here are some of the topics that arise most frequently to our customers. We hope they can shed some light on your doubts or queries. If not enough, please contact us whenever desired.

We mention it repeatedly, Mallorca is endless but, it is also finite. Especially during the higher season or in crucial holidays, there is a major demand. Setting up our experiences' dates beforehand helps us configure the best set of experiences for you. This way, there will be no surprises where places are fully booked. Anticipation is key in order to offer you the best sights and experiences out there. Can't make it on the precise same dates? Don't you worry. Tell us when you and your group can travel and we will customize the best experiences for you.

Our experiences' packages do not include transfers. Two main reasons. First of all, take into account that even though we will spend a lot of time with you, you will also have a generous amount of time for you to manage on your own. And, secondly, since Mallorca has a considerable size, it is better that you have your own means of transport. We can give you all sorts of tips for your spare time by yourself. 

Please bear in mind that we can arrange all transfers for you. Not only from/to the airport but to all activities included in your chosen experience. Just inquire once booked.

Well, it will depend on the day. Most of our experiences will still be able to be carried out. It is the experiences that include sailing that can be totally affected by this. The weather is really pleasant in Mallorca throughout the year but the truth is, it could be August and storms could kick in. Return policies apply differently depending on the boat and dates chartered. We will give you specific terms and conditions for each experience. With the weather forecast in advance swapping days for sailing could be an option. If by force major we have to cancel, you will be advised and duly refunded. 

Mallorca is a world-class destination. Infrastructures and connectivity are superb. We've got you covered in all of our activities. We nevertheless do recommend to all of our customers to hire international travel insurance. We can also assist you on this matter.
