DAY 5

Day 2. It's Paella Day!

More than a tradition. More than a Spanish country brand. Paella has recently become by law "an Intangible Good of Cultural Interest". Yes, what you are reading is true. But what is more touching is its definition: "el arte de unir y compartir" (the art of bringing together and sharing). Something to take into account though is that there is no agreed-upon definition of its recipe. We won't get into that. We will just let you taste one of the best in the whole country.

DAY 6

Day 3. Option 1. Vineyard guided tour & Wine tasting

The Mediterranean climate, the insularity, and the location of the vines on soil with alluvial origins, with pebbles and gravel, give this vineyard its distinctive and unique personality. The 49 hectares of fully-owned vineyards are taken care of with traditional and organic viticulture marked by tradition. The farming is organic and sustainable.

DAY 7

Day 3. Option 2. Cultural promenade & Private Dinning.

Travel through time in a guided tour in a complex that appears in the literature that dates from the Arab era of Mallorca. That is no less than ten centuries ago. Houses of a Gothic style, with a strong rural and fortified character, located around an enclosed courtyard, incorporating a tower of the sixteenth century. The eighteenth-century reform endowed Alfabia with its Baroque elements and the marvelous distribution of its gardens where an unforgettable dining spot will be displayed just for you on an unforgettable farewell dinner.
