Born in Mallorca, Santi is a historian who specialized in contemporary art. He is also a writer and directs Manjaria, the Gastronomy section in Mallorca's leading local newspaper, "Diario de Mallorca". He also writes fiction. And above all Santi is a poet. He has hiked since childhood. He knows the island inside out and he has profound experience guiding hiking and nature tours. "What can I offer you? Santi asks, "I can get you acquainted with the island, our mountains, our prairies and plains, our beaches... I can share with you the history we've gone through, get you closer to our culture and enjoy the flavors of our gastronomy.
