Refurbishment of the house was done maintaining its original features and character. Member of the Historic and Unique Home Owners Association of Spain which is part of the European Historic Houses Association. The Island was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011. Son Grua is located at the entrance of the Vall d’en March valley, at the foot of the majestic Puig Tomir. Nights in the garden are extraordinary as one can contemplate from a marvelous full moon to a sky full of stars illuminating the valley. The guest rooms have been completely refurbished with quality materials, stylishly decorated with modern and classic furniture, and paintings from the Pollensa School which create ample and comfortable spaces where our clients will enjoy beautiful views of the garden, the pool area, and the mountains. Inside the house there are spacious lounges with heaters and fireplaces as well as common areas opened to the stone-paved central patio. In the lush gardens there are numerous paths with benches where one can relax and contemplate the silent sunrises and bright sunsets, listen to the bleating of a flock of sheep or the sound of birds.
